As we close this month of awareness, let’s carry forward a message of hope:
“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” - Romans 15:13

Mental health journeys aren’t linear, but neither is hope extinguished by diagnosis. Today and every day, remember that medication is not a lack of faith, therapy is not a spiritual failure, and your struggle does not define you.
Hope remains. Always.

“Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.” - Psalm 23:4

The Shepherd who leads us beside still waters also walks with us through mental health struggles. He doesn’t just point to distant healing—He joins us in our pain, understanding what it means to be “deeply troubled” and “overwhelmed with sorrow” (Mark 14:33-34).

Today, remember that your anxiety, depression, or trauma isn’t a spiritual failure. Jesus doesn’t stand distant from your mental health journey but intimately beside you. There is hope in His companionship, courage in His presence, and strength in knowing the One who calmed storms understands the tempests in your mind.

You are seen. You are loved. You are never alone.
